Earthquakes in France - Again!

What has been going on …??? has the earthed moved, for you… :hugs::thinking:

some history…

I’m getting to an age where I expect most Wednesdays to be a little wobbly

Didn’t feel a thing and I’m not too far from the epicentre.

This goes some way to explaining why some folk felt it and others (in the same area:thinking:) did not …

I felt it but my husband did not, he was sitting next to me  It was just the rattling of ornaments that caught his attention!

I did not expect you to be the first Timothy :wink:

Students will not be allowed back to school tomorrow, after cracks appeared in the walls…

You can call me Tim.

I was at work, nobody noticed anything!

Another reason for living in the Clunysois.
We have a very low chance of earthquakes here.
Fingers crossed.

Hi,
We live about 20k from the epicentre and I certainly felt it . I was indoors when a noise began , like a heavy lorry going over an unlevel road , it quickly grew till it was like sonic booms or bombs in quick succession; the house shook , windows rattled , and contents of cupboards rattled. It lasted about seven or so seconds . (as an ex-fireman , I am not easily shaken, but I thought there would be serious damage, going by the force of the event, but happily not the case!) A friend nearby ,reported that his car , parked with the handbrake on was moved some distance .

They weren’t earthquakes… check the dates and I think we will find that Jane was hosting a wild houseparty on each occasion… :zipper_mouth_face::smile::rofl::hugs:

(only teasing, Jane :hugs:)

Ah that’s it, I suppose the whole of the village where doing the conger dance.

Apparently living as I do in the Yonne is one of the safest places.

Why not throw a wild houseparty… you’ll be quite safe… :joy:

all sleeping ???

Exactly the same here without the booms!

OK… own up… whose fault is this… we can’t blame everything on the GJ’s…
