Anyone bought a set of electric gate openers recentley, which they would recommend ?
I need a pair that would be good for opening and closing a pair of steel gates, each 1.5 Metres wide, 2.1 Metres high, and each weighing about 40 Kg. Ideally the opener would work off of 12V so I can rig a Solar Charger to them.
It will be of help to she who thinks she has some influence, as she is getting fed up in and out of the car 'to do the honours', otherwise it'll be the best deal that Brico Depot can offer.
