If you must upgrade, there are excellent electricians in your area - make sure you get more than one devis though.
Not sure what to do with it, really its worth so little I may as well keep it , as a potential summer retire ment home, it’s been on ebay on and off and nobody wants it, the estate agents gave up on it 8 years ago, so stuck with termite, leaky roof, SPANC looming, I think i will put my head in the sand and look at it next year with a more agile friend that can do the work, leave the wife in camper on campsite, nearby and get the work done DIY.
