Well, from what I could gather via my “squeaking with excitement” French commentators… it was a good match.
England did well, but Croatia got that all- important goal and that was that…
My neighbour is lending her wifi equipment (?) so friends can gather to watch the Final… after which there will either be festivities all round… or death-and-despair and grim faces…

Great first half from England then it went horribly wrong. I think they just ran out of steam in the second half. The Croats scored 2 soft goals but they deserved to win on overall performance.
