Hi, I hope you can help. My family own a house in Gard. It’s owned in the form of an Société Civile Immobilière (SCI), which means our bank account needs to be audited every year. So far that’s been quite expensive, so I’m very keen to cut that cost right down. Can anyone recommend an English speaking financial advisor or accountant who might be able to help advise us?

Depends what you call expensive. Many accountants won’t get out of bed for less than 600€.
