Expat registration - what now ? And, above all, when?

The French registration page is still convinced we’re leaving today (31st) without a deal. In view of the new extension and the apparent deal which bojo has brought back from the EU, do we still have six months as from today or is all that moved forward to January 31st ? And if the deal passes - which it probably will in some form - will that change the timetable ?

I thought I was keeping up with things fairly well but now I am totally confused.

You and 60 million of your compatriots.

It does say at the top of the page IN CASE OF A NO DEAL BREXIT…
Wisely, it never was entirely convinced but it put in place a “just in case” solution. Which might or might not be needed one day.

Isn’t the ruling within six months of Brexit as well?

I would’t waste time even wondering about it Dan.
France will continue to patiently update its advice when appropriate / necessary, possibly several more times yet.
You never know, the libdems might win the election and revoke.

This immigrant willl wait to see what the French government decides, rather than guessing at likely scenarios.
