Yes, there is a long unpleasant story behind why I am asking this well past the May filing deadline. Anyway, if you have a France rental property (our only taxable income) and have filed both a 2031 and 2042 personal return, please advise of a CPA firm you are very happy with. In particular, we seek a firm willing to explain the finished returns related to categories between expense, amortized and disallowed costs so we can track expenditures in the proper categories going forward. Try a company called Arcpod - you can find them online and they do my French taxes. They speak English as well.
A friend uses Fiscaly and is happy with them.
