Filter balls issue

Hi
We have an overground pool and use filter balls. Last year worked well.

This year after setting the pump up again the filter balls are being pushed through to the pool. Any ideas on what could the issue be?

Not familiar with your setup but at a guess a lateral or two have failed and allowing passage of poly balls.
Strip open filter and take a look.

It’s somewhere to start at least, also a common failure point.
