The underlying government site works for all departments.
My French partner has just changed his car to a Citroen and he has an programme linked to his smart phone and the screen in the car, it shows him the price of petrol at various supermarkets/garages when he approaches a town. It also shows him where free parking is and if no free parking available where there is parking that has spaces.
No idea how it all works I just need to go from A - B !
