Yes it is available at most brico sheds and builders merchants, something like “bande d’étanchéité bitumineuse autocollante”. Think you can get torch on stuff too

It’s just for a little job. I discovered, earlier this week, that the dingo who reroofed the shed for me last year has cut the felt short and not wrapped it over the edge of the board; it only became obvious when the guttering fell down this week, revealing all. Plan is to Flashband the edge and replace the guttering. Simples- when I’ve got the tape!
