There's a good bus service to South Ken but there are also French accredited schools in Wandsworth. You are looking at about £1750 per month in the Clapham Junction area for a two bedder, plus council tax, utilities etc. Landlord bears service charges usually. You have to be ready to move quickly and provide references. It's peak market time right now.
