Floor Tile Showroom - Within 200km of Bergerac

Hello. We have had to dig out about 12sqm of exterior floor tiles to get at drain stuff below. The 12 sqm is not isolated but part of a much bigger area. Original supplier of tiles was Decomat who assured me several times it was not a problem to order more of the same, until we placed an order and they found it was. The manufacturer has discontinued and has no stocks.

We have a lot of these tiles around our house. So ideally we want to find a close match of the same size (450 x 450) but it has proven difficult on the internet to really see what the internet suppliers are offering. A tile showroom would be ideal. Does anyone know of one? We are happy to travel and have even considered buying in the UK as a last resort.

Thank you for your help

Graeme

Agen has all the usual bricos and several specialists such as Pavan Carrelage.

If you have the manufacturer’s product number, you can search the internet for it.

Look on LeBonCoin.

There’s a big tile place just outside Castillonès, on the left when you’re coming from Bergerac, pretty much opposite Maître Prunille.

Thank you all for your advice and suggestions.

I second Pavan, they have an outlet in Brive so not too far from Bergerac.
If you cannot find a tile match then follow the construction rule:
If you can’t hide it- emphasise it.

A good 2 hours away quand même. I never think of going to Brive unless there’s a match on.

@GraemeL did say within 200km of Bergerac.
I agree that watching a rugy match at Brive is a must for the bucket list.

You are right - we will travel a long way if there is possibility of a close match!

However the stone/cement place near to Maitre Prunille would be absolutely perfect. Didnt realise they supplied tiles, but then we have never been inside.

Again, my thanks to those who have made suggestions.

Combine with shopping for delicious gentian-based aperitifs :slightly_smiling_face:

I thought they did, but it’s hearsay rather than firsthand, I’ve never been in there either.
