Watched with great interest the story of Portland Road on BBC2 LAST
Night brought back lots of memories of where I used to sip my port and Lemonade
on a summer evening when I lived just off Portobello Road, near the Electric cinema.
LOOKING BACK I was so lacking in the rules of self preservation.
My landlord ....WHO owned the Electric Cinema uprooted from my great little
rental property near Moorehouse Road..in order to build his empire.
Ah those were the days.
