Does anyone else find the music they put behind the interviews on “on va tous y passer” not only distracting but disrespectful to the interviewee? “Je m’en fout-isme” in action! To keep it light I guess- but really: we don’t care how much you put into your art just as long as the skits work on our lunchtime filler show! I’m sure listeners are capable of taking it all in without having the mood tightly controlled at each and every single second!
They do it because they are exposure junkies ;-)
On va tous y passer is light-weight populist entertainment. Nobody expects to be interviewed seriously - go to France Culture for that (or Jour de Fred on France inter).
