Familles de France is a go to place for whatever problems you may be experiencing. They have access to hundreds of organizations, experts etc etc. The range of help they can give is far too long to list here. Whatever the problem give them a try. They will create a dossier and see your problem through. I speak from experience. Should have posted this ages ago but time and life got in the way.
