I have a french dog with eu passport.
Vet check, rabies jab, tape worm tablet given in France and holiday in uk for 6 weeks.
Now want to return home, Does he need another tape worm tablet or not?
Please answer ASAP people as vets, ferries, here don’t know, leave tomorrow.

Yes I’ve just booked him in, best be safe than sorry. 
Our last for three months, but it is a general worming tablet.
Either Milbemax or Drontal which we get from our vet lasts for 3 months.
I don’t think you need it to come to France. I think the tapeworms that are a problem exist in France. I do sympathise with you as no-one knew what paperwork was needed for my chinchilla, even Defra.
