We have recently been inspected and accredited by GdF. Can anyone tell me how we go about getting a GdF plaque that we can place at the front of our property. As the gite is at the rear of our main property passers - by would have no idea that we had a gite for rent.

Yep - GdF supply them - it forms part of your contract.
They usually (or used to!) give it to you when they do their first inspection , maybe these days they are waiting until the first years bill has been paid…
