Depending on the situation (inheritance/sale/gift…) there will be an official route… let Mark take the wheel and drive you safely to your destination…

I recently sold a car and paid 35€ for the paperwork to be done by a local garage as I didn’t want to faff around on the ANTS website. Same way with change of ownership getting the carte grise renewed for new ownership. @anon90504988 may be able to help or give guidance.

If it is a french registered car the process is the same as before Brexit.

Not since late 2017! It has been an online only process with ANTS. If you do not know the system you can use a third party (such as myself) but make sure that they know what they are doing!
