A couple of bread shops round here sell ham-and-camembert-stuffed croissants. I get one for lunch sometimes. Yum.
Oh yes, add ham for a super munchā¦ especially with a little of my homemade relish/chutneyā¦ wow, Iāve just eaten, but I am still licking my lips at the thought.
I tend to do that sort of thing with Reblochon.

Iād be inclined to agree. Not keen on the texture of slightly melted Camembert. Especially when itās cooled!
