Heatwave.. how are you coping..?

Jane I am sure that the Lamb dhansak is delicious. This sort of dish is kind to the cook as
we do not have to make fancy garnishes or lots of extra vegies.
But cooking is hot work in high summer.
Had an amazing Indian meal in London s Mayfair but it was about 120 pounds per person
and very different…Excellent service and very lively texno music.

We’re going to the Michelin restaurant in Charolles to cheer ourselves up and before our season really gets going. Lunch, cheaper than dinner.

Enjoy your meal in Charroles…I am sure that you will.

I can understand what you are saying …“cheer your selves up”

It is the hot weather we have ahead of us cleaning, making beds and meeting lots of people who may be nice…or maybe not.

But one thing is for sure is that we have a chance now with Macron

in the driving seat.

We had a wonderful meal. He has put up the price, but opened a brasserie just over the road, which it looks like we will now be frequenting.

Ah o what delights did you eat?
Dinner tonight is with French friends and our neighbour from New Zealand/London
And they are hosting this together.
Good company and lots of laughter is on the menu.
