I am bringing my best mate over from Australia to Trebes again this year- working holiday type thing like we did last year.
He a bad tempered old git who is even more country than I am (hard to believe - and if he reads this, I'm a gonner) but he did get very frustrated last year at the paucity of "French" restaurants in the Trebes/Carcassonne area. He believes that all French restauarants have been replaced by Pizza shops and not much else.
Help me prove him wrong please - I dont want to spend a fortune but there must be interesting non-pizza restaurants in the area that would change his mind. Any suggestions gratefully received (which I will use to supplement suggestions in the groups here)
