We own an apartment in the complex Sognu di Mare at Marine de Bravone in the commune of Linguizetta. There is a bail commercial in place. We have been informed that there is evidence of damage following water penetration. We asked the syndic to assist but they have been slow to act.
We are reaching out to the anglophone community to see if anyone has a remedy. Perhaps you know of a contact list for Corsica workers or you know someone who lives in this area who might be able to help. Alternatively any suggestions that could lead to us moving forward with repairs would be welcomed.
My immediate thought is⊠contact the Mairie of Lunguizetta.
I know that our own Mairie, here in mainland France, often helps in similar situationsâŠ

Can you not find anyone in Aleria or Ghisonaccia ? For me, those would be the closest large-ish places to look, at least, on the internet, if you canât physically do the rounds. Otherwise, the âsupermarketsâ - I use that term lightly, as this is Corsica, and the large ones generally only tend to be present in the bigger urban developments - often have little announcements for odd-jobbers, artisans, etc. I suppose you might be able to get someone to come out from Biguglia or Bastia, but then I imagine that organising the intervention might turn out to be more difficult.
You could also try searching here, it seems to indicate a number of people in the area might be of use.
