Hi everyone. Need a bit of info. Am possibly buying another horse first purchase in France and am wondering if there is a simple contract whereby should the horse not conform to the vendors details of it I can annul the purchase and return the horse to the vendor.Thanks.
Hi Jackie, I know that when a breeder sells a horse, the purchaser has up to 3 months (I think it's that long) to return the horse and ask for a refund. Whether this applies to domestic selling of horses, I don't know. Perhaps it's best to go through a breeder to make sure you have this protection?
