How many weeks per year?

(Danny Kibbey) #1

Good morning.

We're busy debating what is a good occupancy ratio for your gites, appartments & b&b rooms. 12 weeks per year seems to be about par for the course, but there seems to be a lot of fluctuation.

Anyone have any opinions?

Whaaaat??? It would hardly be worth the effort for just 12 weeks!

We would be very disappointed to get less than 20 weeks per gite, just about content with 22-24, happy with 25 to 28 and rather smug if any gite did over 30.

One of them once did 35 weeks. Aah! those were the days - before Gordon Brown screwed Britain's economy for the next 50-100 years.
