Hi all, We're seriously considering switching to a satellite based internet solution for our place in Herault as the net is frequently down and we're fed up of paying 50euro a month for such bad service. Does anyone know how we go about cancelling our service & do we need to take the silly livebox back to an Orange shop?
Hi Suzanne. Give Orange a quick call and they should talk you through what you need to do. They will ask for the livebox back. You’ll need to see with them whether you can post it to them or if you can hand it in.
