If you could be reincarnated as a character from a novel, who would you want to be and why?

I think I’d have to be Violet Elizabeth Bott from the Just William stories http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3OO42dKxfY . For a start I’ve got the hair for it… but without the ribbons! I admire her for getting her own way by any means available…

Thanks Wendy. I didn’t realise it came from a film… I just thought my friend was being witty!

That reminds me of a friend who, whenever I used the word ‘surely’, used to say 'and don’t call me Shirley… ’

Well fiddle-dee-dee! Interestingly I think she may have inspired one of the great rock and roll records of all time…Just found this Scarlett quote “Great balls of fire. Don’t bother me anymore, and don’t call me sugar.” I shall practise saying that all evening…

The way I’ve been procrastinating today I think I could only be ‘tomorrow is another day’ Scarlett O’Hara!

Naughty, naughty!

I’d have to be Christina from Flambards - all those horses and she gets to work her way through all three of the male leads :))
