We want a couple of small chairs and, looking on line, the ones that we want have to be delivered.
The map they use is not very good, so I telephoned, only to be told that they do not deliver to our postcode.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Yes.
Constantly, Jane, and not just IKEA. We live too far from any of the major stores for them to agree to deliver.
