Last year I changed my car Insurance from, say company 1 to company 2.

Policy issued with no problem and now due for renewal. Company 2 say ‘we never received the NCB can you supply please.’ Bit surprised as why did it take a year?

So contacted company 1, ‘can i have my bonus please’. Told no problem but nothing has arrived so now written & telephoned several times but nothing.

Suggestions please.

Perseverance? If a French company then a registered letter often works wonders when emails and calls have failed.

I don’t suppose you have last year’s renewal’s letter. It’ll show the NCB. I scan all this stuff now, one never knows…
