Land Rover told the DREAL they were talking bollocks.
As for the DREAL in Albi, our nearest, they really are not easy to deal with, & appear to have the reputation that backs that up.
Seems we all have very differing views and experiences. Such is life… some good, some bad and a lot in-between…
