Internet radio....favourite stations, any recommendations and what about the radio itself?

Hi,

I am completely new to this (wasted money on so called World wide radio, horrible reception), so I would be interested to have your views on a good, reasonably priced model (about the 80 euros mark for my budget) but by all means add your comments for more expensive models...

I want one that will tell me not just what track is being played, but the song , artist etc. , so a good clear info screen would be essential...

There have been some quite dramatic reductions on Amazon (Ocean, Roberts etc), over the last few months, but I suspect that is because there have been some recent technological changes and if one reads the reviews, people are commenting on the inability to receive some podcasted BBC (I think) repeats, because of these changes......So perhaps the sensible thing to do its to wait awhile for new models that do have this 'capability' to emerge...

In exchange, here's a review of the Best stations, that I found online....

you can find almost anything you'd like, programme it and then play. Give it a try.
