We know you can’t cut or trim hedging during the bird nesting season but when is the recognised time that farmers/local council flail their hedges. It seems to be getting later and later in the season or is it my imagination?
15th August is the date, I believe… so should be ok around now… 
You can check with your Mairie… the dates each year are slightly flexible, depending on the situation in each Department…
