Is there anyone at SFN who has experienced frustration with Nordnet?

Having signed up with Nordnet for our internet service - basically Hobson's Choice - it seems to be very problematic when dealing with them. We stay in France for about 6 months each year and so use the switch off deal when we are back in England. Each time we return we have a rigmarole of reapplying for the Nordnet 'white box' and reconnection of the internet plus reactivating the monthly rental payments. There must be a simpler way.......
