Just been directed to this, no need to watch the whole video, but it does seem far fetched to say the least.
No need to worry - it’s just a clickbaity video based on a misunderstanding of a draft law intended to deal with the proper disposal of totally irreparable vehicles.

My advice would be to not share the video as more clicks and views means more revenue for the producer (and Google/YouTube therefore) which only encourages the further production of misinformation.

I read some comments on a motorcycle forum about this. It was entertaining. A lot of the posters were so keen to believe any and all anti EU propaganda while at the same time pointing out why it could never work. Not one of them was prepared to accept it was untrue. The6 seem to have been indoctrinated into such a state that even their own knowledge and experience counts for nothing. The power of Johnson and Farage have over their disciples.
