A tad harsh I think. A lot of older people rely on social media to keep in contact with family, who can be dispersed all over the world, with varying options available for communication. (I include myself in this). The solution must lie with the social media companies, and educating the public. Of course there is always the option, if you don’t like it, why on earth do you bother reading it, I do not.
My advice is to chill out, go and sit in your favourite relaxing spot with a glass of wine, and enjoy what you have around you. It works every time for me!

No absolutely no way and absolutely not…
Whilst in my own life I would prefer if possible to live completely off grid and keep my self to my self I have seen that for my kids and grandkids that freedom of speech is absolutely vital…
