When we visited chez Higginson earlier in the year, we were treated to some of James and Catharine's fab vegetable / fruit juices.
I did a bit of research and sourced an attachment for my Magimix, which arrived yesterday.
So, I have been out today and bought 14 wheelbarrow loads of fruit and veg, and am now awaiting inspiration to make some juices.
Has anyone got any tried and tasted recipes to share?
Juicer update:
We trialled it this morning, and were very happy with the results - I agreed with one Amazon customer who said that the feed tube is a little small, but overall it worked very well.
We tried the following combos:_
1. Neat beetroot
2. Apple carrot and orange
3. Apple and carrot
4. Carrot, broccoli, cucumber, tomato.
5. Apple carrot and cherry
They were all full of flavour, and we are going to push on with some new flavours in the week.

It was a fantastic programme....Joe Cross was superb..and the truck driver... amazing! urge everyone to watch this on catchup tv...my husband decided he wants smoothies...not juice...he wants the fibre as well....he decided on a Kitchen Aid...as its heavy duty and we can use it to crush ice as well...
I think the spinach/chard ones would always need some sweet fruit for my taste but as you say it is a matter of taste and trying them out, good luck
Yes thanks Roz, I have that web site - I wanted to see that programme, but missed it sadly.
I was more after any personal recipes that people liked to make themselves.
There is an overwhelming multitude of recipes on the internet, its just a matter of trying to sift out which ones may be nicer than others.
I watched a fantastic programme called - FAT, Sick and nearly dead, here is their website where you will find recipes, hope this helps, I am going to give it a try myself
