Thanks for that link, good to clear that up. It’s all so bothersome and unnecessary to have to carry a bagful of documents around everywhere one goes…I don’t see why they can’t just ID you on the spot and then give you two weeks to show up at a police station with the car docs.
NOT acceptable in all EU countries. Only the originals. Depending whether the plod who pulls you in has had something nice the night before or the same morning will determine the outcome. At worst they can seize the vehicle and you might end up with new bracelets if one gets stroppy with them like A N other poster would do.
