Is anyone going to get involved in this?

Thanks Sheila, It is always good to know the negatives or other views of any project one decides to get involved with and sorry "crooks" was not from you but the article you said to look at... I have decided to support the programme on the 20 the of April by making my own posters from an image on the net and posting it ... so I will not send money but will support it in my own way... thanks for taking the time to explain, much appreciated xx

This article from the Telegraph may shed more light on this subject.

I didn't say they were crooks, Ingrid. I noticed a lot of people sharing the Kony link on Facebook, so I went to the Facecrooks.com website which watches out for scams on Facebook and publishes alerts, particularly when spams go viral. The Kony item may not be a spam, but has gone viral and they are seeking money, and the link I posted below in my previous post is the article they wrote on Kony, so I thought I'd add a link to it here. If you use Facebook a lot, I'd recommend going to the Facecrooks page, and click "like". Then when any new spams come along, they will publish a comment on it. I don't agree or disagree with what Facecrooks have to say about Kony - was merely trying to add to the information that is out there on the internet.

Hope this makes sense. Sheila

Sheila why do you think they are crooks? did I miss something?
