Morning everyone, we have a lovely 1990 LHD Landrover Defender 110. The cost of general servicing at the Landrover garage in our local town, Gap, is very expensive. Wondered if anyone knew of any classic 4x4 clubs/garages etc that deal in older Landies or 4x4s. We’re in Hautes Alpes (05) but willing to travel and coincide with a holiday! Many thanks.
Older landies (good job I checked as the autocorrect changed it to ladies!!!) are reasonably easy to work on yourself, loads of good guides around, parts are cheap and plentiful too. Rimmer bros are good for spares and have loads of how to info on their website.
