Wondering if anyone knows a notaire or lawyer they can recommend for difficulty with car purchase, which I have cancelled, and having problems with! Long story short - misled over details, car arrived, wrong spec, refused delivery, concessionaire had already done immatriculation without me seeing car so now complicated!! Want to be sure when I hand over carte grise & do papers 'cession de vehicule' (which was posted to me) & if I agree to pay for fees,that there will be no further reclamation against us by concessionaire.
Any ideas? Thank you!
