I have an Audi A6 AllRoad. Given that Audi and VW are heavily linked with each other you may be as lucky as we were and discover a lever on the lights that change them from LHD to RHD or Visa Versa.
The car sailed through the CT test in August and the tester was a definite Jobs Worth!
+/- € 70,- each (original not cheap components from far east) according to this supplier and I think a little bit more here in France. They are easy to change yourself.
unlikely if it's a very recent model. I paid 50€ fo a pair for an astra 8 years ago - not too sure what the going price is now :-(
