i have been here now for three and ahalf years, and this years proving the best year.i have a full time job, full time farm which i run with the help of helpexchange and workaway which enables me to look after my stock and run my vegtable patch, to enable me to improve the farm with things , my new people are in the process of building me a bread oven in the garden so i will beable to do a large bake once or twice a week its great to be able to teach people to make bread cheese,jellys jams chutneys, vinegars and sauces and best of all is to teach how to cook , most of the people that come just dont know how to get the best from there cupboards
