Hi there… It might be an idea to visit a Notaire local to where you live… and ask for advice.
Is it to be an amical or a contested divorce? In the latter case you may need an avocat.

Not exactly local, but I have used Bright Avocats in Toulouse, who have been very efficient. Ask for Marie-Caroline, who is bi-lingual, and Sarah Bright is english but also a french Avocat.
