Maiia notification of appointment - resolved

I made a doctor’s appointment for Monday 22 May at my local centre de santé.

I’ve just received a text message from Maiia reminding me of the appointment. The text came from Maiia’s usual number, but the reminder is for the wrong day and at a different health centre, some 30km away.

I’ll phone my local centre when they open on Monday morning to confirm they’re still expecting me, but I wondered - has anyone else had received an apparently inaccurate text from Maiia?

I thought that was the name of the receptionist with whom I make our appointments. :astonished:
Fortunately, he she or it has not yet tried to send us 30 kms away though. :grinning:

All sorted. I went to the appointment I thought I’d made and I was expected.

I asked the receptionist about the Maiia message referring to an appointment that almost certainly belongs to someone else: “C’est normal - ça arrive tout le temps avec Maiia.”
