Dear FAB Members,

I recently came across some interesting litterature which, without revealing anything new, constitutes a long list of discrepancies between the role of notaires in theory and their actual activities in practice.


It may not be an easy read but I thought I would mention it in passing.

As someone who has sold property recently I find this very interesting. Dealing with the nortaires was the worst part. Thanks for the link.
