There was a discussion on this in another thread but I’ve forgotten where. So here is the opt out instructions from the Guardian yesterday. They have deliberately been made difficult IMO.
I plan to phone about the change of NI numbers, but can anybody confirm all numbers were changed and the relevant people informed?
