We have a small international church group, the English Service of our Eglise Réformée Evangélique, that meets in our home each Sunday evening. However with 20 to 30 each Sunday we are now regularly too many to fit in. Our French church meets in Cenon on the rive droite, but this isn't great for the students and folk who make up our group, so we're looking for a place to meet in the middle of town. Any ideas ?
The salles municipals are not available on Sundays. We could try the town centre churches, but often they are big places with nasty hard pews and we want to keep our modern, slightly less formal approach.
A restaurateur has proposed his place, but I can imagine us outgrowing his little restaurant in the not too distant future.
