Always an openning there Lily in France,
Sorry been crazy with 19 year old ,back home this week . That should be fine. Iāll PM you to sort it out, please feel free to poke me as all a bit manic but normally he leaves Thursday.
No rush Tory, itās really nice I found somebody that had one and willing to let me borrow it
As a pinpointer they are very good Karen also for finding nails and screws in ceiling joists. It would take weeks to cover and distance of ground though.
Hi Lily, you are still welcome to borrow it. However we have a slight problem though, we canāt find it
we have 3 barns, 2 of them huge and a mini barn and an old non restored house that are all full of stuff. Iām sure it is very safely in a box somewhere. Where this box is I have NO idea, we have tried everywhere obvious and where we thought but I think it is sadly going to be a case of spotting it when we are looking for something else!
You obviously need a metal detector detectorā¦
now thereās a good plan!!
In S Africa thereās a very common Afrikaans phrase for that sort of situation that everyone uses regardless of which of the eleven(!) official languages is their first one
āN Boer maak n planā - āA farmer makes a plan.ā
My wife used it yesterday when I made a platform to stand on in order to install spotlights above one of our staircases.
I think it probably dates from the C19th when the Boers were continually outwitting the British army (bit like the Ukrainians against the Russians).
Still got mine handy
I have the same problem with Franās boules. My friends, knowing I used to be a keen player know nothing of the sport but would like to learn, but although mine havenāt been used for over 15 years I know exactly where they are, but I canāt find Franās. One set is ok for teaching them the rudiments, but we need two sets to test ourselves in a game. Theyāll turn up one day, as you say.
Hi tory,
Please donāt stress, Iām in no rush. Iām just happy for your offer
You are juggling enough balls at the moment
Be kind to yourself
