Mobile Phones. Probably a silly question but I thought that my SFR contract which has Internet, Phone, TV would include subscription for my mobile. I have a SFR Sim card on a top up basis, but when i subscribed to the SFR package I thought it would include my mobile, but apparently not as i just received a text advising me to 'top-up'.
I searched the SFR website but can only come up with a phone number and although i can read/write french reasonably well a conversation in french on the phone to SFR is my worst nightmare. Am I being naive in thinking the phone package should include mobile connection? If so, I will drive to Nimes to sort it out.
