I don't think you do if you pay your cotisations 'payg''.
I think I had something like that once and it turned out to have been sent by mistake.
I'd get in touch and say you are a micro entreprise, should you have received this.
Just a thought but did you Teledeclare on line for 2015? It seems to think you haven't and should have! Sorry I'm not being much help here but it's a new one on us & I'm hoping it's not more rubbish we will have to deal with!!!
