Has anyone received & signed a mortgage offer after the cooling off period by email?
Has anyone used a power of attorney to sign the acte for purchase of a property on their behalf? Did you use the Notaire or a friend/family member?
Yes to the first and used notaires frequently for power of attorney for the sale. Never used one for the purchase but would be quite happy to do so. Hope this helps!
